Grace Yum D.M.S.

  Dr. Grace Yum is a pediatric dentist who joined All About Kids Dentistry in July of 2005. She received a bachelors degree from Northwestern University and went onto earning a Doctorate in Dental Surgery at the University of Maryland. Did you know that Maryland has a dental museum with President George Washington's dentures? After receiving a DDS, Dr. Yum pursued a license in Pediatric Dentistry at Children's Memorial Hospital/Northwestern University. She is currently on staff at Children's Memorial Hospital.

  Dr. Yum is a Chicagoan who lived in the city and grew up in Glenview. She currently lives in Chicago near the lake and loves to go to Cubs games! As an advocate of community service, Dr. Yum recently traveled to Vicente Guerrero, Mexico to practice dentistry at an orphanage.

  She is an active member of her church and loves to participate in community service. Dr. Yum encourages Brownies/Girl and Boy Scouts to visit the office. She enjoys visiting schools for show/tell and is open to anyone who would like a school visit.

  Dr. Yum is also an active member of the American Dental Association, Illinois State Dental Society, and the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry.

Mary Ellen
Office Manager

   Mary Ellen has been in the dental field since 1989. She has experience working in General, Periodontal, Orthodontic, and Pediatric Dentistry. She loves children and finds Pediatrics to be her favorite. As of 2001 she has been a part of our wonderful practice All About Kids Dentistry. Mary Ellen manages scheduling, insurance, accounts receivable, and marketing. She would be happy to answer any questions you may have about our office.

Robin
Administrative Assistant

   Robin has been a part of All About Kids Dentistry from day one. As of December 2005, Robin is now working for AAKD full time splitting administrative duties with MaryEllen and heading up our marketing. Robin has been involved with dentistry since 1983. She LOVES being around kids and interacting with them. Her own daughter, Lizzie, is one of Dr. Ursitti's patients!

Alicia
Dental Assistant

   Alicia has been assisting since 2004. She is certified in coronal polishing and sealants. Alicia has completed her first year of hygiene school at Harper College in Palatine. Alicia lives in Schaumburg and is a HUGE Cubs fan!

Katie
Dental Assistant

   Katie is certified in coronal polishing and sealants and has been a dental assistant since 2005. Katie is fluent in Polish and loves working with kids.

Diana
Dental Hygienist

   Diana has been a hygienist since 1996, graduating from Loyola Universities dental hygiene program. She completed a 2 year internship with special needs kids through Little City in Palatine as well as community service with the special needs population for another 2 years. Diana's hygiene experience has only been with pediatric patients. Diana is originally from Russia. Diana resides in Glenview with her 3 children.

Marianne
Dental Hygienist

   Marianne graduated from Harper College in 1999 with an associates degree in applied sciences and is a Registered Dental Hygienist. Marianne lives in Mt. Prospect with her two daughters. She is involved in many community service projects relating to dental hygiene.
